LinkUp (“LinkUp,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) operates www.thelinkupzone.com, the LinkUp mobile application, and related social networking, communication, messaging, media-sharing, audio, and video services (the “Service”).

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect your information when you use LinkUp. By using the Service, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

LinkUp does not sell your personal data.

User-Generated Content

Audio and video room streams may be processed in real time to deliver the Service. We do not store live audio or video streams unless a feature clearly states recording is enabled, or storage is required for safety, legal, or moderation purposes.

Device and Technical Information

We may collect IP address, device type, browser type, operating system, app version, device identifiers, log data, crash reports, network performance data, approximate location from IP address, and access timestamps.

Media and Device Permissions
